Who is Pró Manager?
Pró Manager is an innovative company dedicated to transforming industrial waste into valuable raw materials. To reflect its expertise and commitment to sustainability, the company needed a new website that would integrate its mission to treat 100% of industrial and agricultural waste with its technology and scientific knowledge.
The company also has a specialized arm for the sale and rental of machinery created exclusively to solve the specific problems of each industry with Pró Manager technology, to enable the transformation of waste.
First Steps
After understanding Pró Manager's services, it was necessary to coherently separate the company's different areas of activity. To do this, I had to work closely with the company's sales team.
Another important point was to adjust the website's art direction in a way that was coherent with the identity of Pró Manager and Pró Loc.
Finally, it was necessary to bring more life to the "about us" page, so that visitors understand the size of the environmental impact that the company aims to solve.
Challenges
Pró Manager's services are highly valued and the target audience is large industries from various sectors, so the website would need a variety of information to overcome as many objections as possible.
Another challenge was integrating Pró Loc into the website.
Opportunities
I had close contact with the company's sales team, which helped me obtain crucial information to make the website's texts appealing to the target audience:
How do these customers search for the service? What do they want to know to close a deal?
Process
For this project, traditional user research was not conducted; instead, the entire website offering was developed using insights gained from working alongside sales and asking them about end-customer behavior.
By understanding what value means to the end-customer, I was able to restructure the website, placing the main offering at the top along with social proof of value (customers served), and the rest of the content was organized in a logical manner.
After structuring the website architecture, I improved the user experience with a design that was consistent with the Pró Manager and Pró Loc brands. Once the website went live, I continued working alongside the sales team to validate the adoption of customers who came through campaigns.
Results
After a few more adjustments to the offer, we achieved a significant increase in campaign conversions.
In addition, with better structured cases and information about the company, Pró Manager can use its own website to present cases and processes to prospects, eliminating the need to create PowerPoint presentations in the first contacts, making the perception of the value of the work delivered much greater for the end client.
